Living in Seattle Lets go to Pier 57

Taking a walk on Seattle's historic Waterfront leading to Olympic Sculpture Park for a walk with our best buddy Cooper, we see something fun and different every day. If we decide to head south down the waterfront we hit several destination spots including Pier 57.

Miners' Landing offers up some colorful spots to shop and enjoy waterfront fare. Starting with the Crab Pot where you can let your inner child or caveman out. Mounding bowls of steamed crab, mussels, clams, shrimp with quarter ears of corn and red potatoes are dumped on the table. No silverware, however bibs required!

Pirates Plunder is the ultimate Seattle souvenir shop where you can purchase everything from postcards to Pirate garb and more!

Seattle Bike Ride in the Park

Living in Seattle is a never ending adventure. If I look out my window and the sun is shining, I can't resist the urge to get out there and explore. So we dusted off the old Schwinn and headed off to the Olympic Sculpture Park bike trail, it leads all the way to the Ballard locks. I didn't make it to Ballard, however, I am still happy with my valiant efforts and it was a glorious day!
