On a walkabout in Downtown Seattle, there are always new and exciting discoveries. Yesterday around Westlake Center at Fifth and Pine, I thought I was coming up on a new art installation...Or was it?
As we approached this masterpiece I noticed something strange.
Quite a friendly Chap, not afraid of a Photo opportunity!
