On the National Register of Historic Places, this brick, eleven story structure with terra cotta ornamentation, was the first ever building in Seattle designed for a single professional use as a medical and dental office.

Today, ninety years later, The Cobb Building is an elegant LEED certified apartment community with a rooftop doggy run and sophisticated interior designs, including movable islands backing to high end kitchen packages, bamboo flooring and plenty of windows looking out on the Emerald City.
