Capitol Hill Condos With Puzzling Elements

Architect Tom Kundig took his knowledge of this Capitol Hill neighborhood and incorporated it into the condo design at 1111 East Pike. Formerly known as Auto Row, in early Seattle times, it was the only location to purchase a car if you got the notion.

Using a pallet from classic fifties era cars, Tom offered individual unit owners exterior panel color options in popping bold tones. A roof top deck with garden space adds city views to the space as well.
